It's great. The staff is very friendly and very approachable and knowledgeable. The rooms are quite comfy too. Very good experience.

It was a decent hotel for the price. Room wasn't cleaned very well, but it wasn't nasty or anything. Coffee maker didn't work and the shower was kind of messed up.

If appearances matter, stay away. It sits on a hill looking like a Ramada Inn that was rehabilitated. The parking is on a hill, the building an ugly beige, the lobby drab. Yet, the rooms are clean and the service friendly. The cost was great. Just feels wrong giving this a three star rating. Appearance matters in the hotel world. The hotel is located near the airport but far from the city. The staff was very helpful. For business travelers the hotel is convenient with a lounge and coffee shop for breakfast.

The room when
I checked in which was after 3.30pm was blocked by maids cart there was no shampoo or soap in the room and very little toilet paper. I did receive the supplies when I saw the maid about 10 minutes later. We then went out for dinner and after returning I turned on the TV and found it did not work so I had to call maintenance. The room was beautiful, bed was comfy, food was great (love the Chicken Caesar Wrap), service was A+. The shuttle took us & picked us up from anywhere we wanted to go. This hotel should definitely be a 4 star. I will stay here again! ...read more

The hotel as we expected - clean, comfortable, beds very comfortable - queen size would be better than double but we made do. We appreciated that there was a Thanksgiving buffet in the lounge as we were not with family that night - good job - bartender was excellent.
